Part of my thesis series: a retelling of Beauty and the Beast.

for the Beast's castle, i was primarily looking at a lot of Russian influences, specifically palaces and cathedrals, though i kind of wanted to eliminate the coldness. the greenhouse/conservatory was really important to me as in the story it holds such an abundance of flora and fauna, most of which the Beauty has never seen before.
